Go-to’s in the Moment


PYTHA Help Menu: When you find yourself stuck on a problem or wondering how to perform a specific task, drop everything, go to the Help menu inside PYTHA and view the raft of manuals available. All are searchable pdfs, and some offer a process for learning different techniques.  Be sure to check out Willy’s training manuals.

Alphacam Online Self-Paced Training: If you’re an AlphaCAM user, you could get access to our free online self-paced training that can be enabled for you upon request. Just reach out to make a request.

Make Sure Your Whole Team Has Access: To ensure your team has access to these resources, it’s essential that we have the contact details of all your operators. This enables us to keep every one of your team informed, and with access to the resources in the customer portal.

Knowledge Base: Chances are, someone else has had a similar question to yours, and we’ve answered it. Log in to the Customer portal and use the search feature to explore the knowledge base. You might just find the solution you’re looking for.

Lunch and Learns: Every fortnight, we host Lunch and Learn sessions that are recorded for your convenience. If you’re struggling to find a specific topic, ask us, and we’ll provide you with a direct link to the relevant session. And if we haven’t covered your topic yet, let us know, and we’ll mark it for our schedule.
