Magno Kitchens is a family-based business that has been servicing Sydney for twenty-five years. The company has recently added PYTHA 3D CAD to its toolkit, and in this feature, we’re sharing how the software switch is changing the way the team operates.

About the Company

Magno Kitchens Managing Director, Tony Gabriel, began his joinery journey in Iraq, where he learned the craft of ornate furniture making. Tony took his talent home to Lebanon but soon journeyed to Australia to settle. Here, Tony combined his joinery skills with a practical cabinetmaking trade, and before long, Magno Kitchens was established.

Tony’s son, Paul, followed in his father’s footsteps and completed a cabinetmaking apprenticeship. Today, as a qualified and well-experienced tradesman, Paul enjoys the role of Magno Kitchens Production Manager. Paul’s sister, Stephanie, ensures the wheels are always spinning in the accounts and administrative departments, while sibling number three, Jessica, heads the in-house design department.

About the pivot to PYTHA 3D CAD

Jessica Gabriel instigated the change to PYTHA 3D CAD primarily for the machining potential. The CAD to CAM capabilities and excellent nesting options effectively cut out the middleman between design and manufacture, making production seamless and efficient.

And as a bonus, the software is upping the ante on both detailing and presentation capacities. Jessica is enjoying the technical advances that PYTHA 3D CAD is bringing to her designs. In the short time she has been using the software, Jessica has realised the potential to comprehensively detail her highly customised designs. By effectively designing in 3D, she can nut out the construction methods and communicate her intent to the manufacturing team clearly and efficiently.

Additionally, Jessica’s clients are loving the visual clarity of PYTHA 3D CAD. While she’s in the early stages of learning, Jessica has already recognised the potential of PYTHA’s 3D rendering. The software enables her to present designs with clarity and confidence, and she’s very keen to continue refining her rendering skills.

Pytha Partners are proud to have long-established and highly regarded companies like Magno Kitchens on their customer list. We look forward to supporting Jessica and the team on their PYTHA journey and can’t wait to see more of the truly magnificent work they produce.
